Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: [January 1, 2020]

This Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to the Oklahoma Independent Provider Association (“OKIPA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through https://okipa.org.

1. Nature of Services

OKIPA provides association memberships, vendor opportunities, advocacy support, educational access, and related professional services. These are non-tangible services and membership-related benefits, not physical retail goods.

2. Refund Policy

Membership dues, vendor fees, application fees, event fees, and other payments made to OKIPA are generally non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated in writing by OKIPA.

If a duplicate charge or processing error occurs, please contact us promptly so we may review the matter and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund.

3. Returns

Because OKIPA does not sell physical goods through this website, there are no product returns. This policy applies to digital, membership, administrative, and service-based payments only.

4. Cancellation Policy

Memberships, vendor participation, or other recurring arrangements may be canceled prospectively by contacting OKIPA directly. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges when applicable, but does not entitle the member or payer to a refund for charges already processed unless approved by OKIPA in writing.

If your membership or payment arrangement includes a renewal term, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing or renewal date.

5. Processing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, billed incorrectly, or experienced an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

6. Exceptions

Any refund exception, courtesy adjustment, or cancellation accommodation will be made solely at the discretion of OKIPA unless otherwise required by law.
