Value Statement
1. Integrity—OKIPA will operate with honesty and integrity in all healthcare
dealings both within the association and in dealings with all of our
providers.
2. Relationships—OKIPA values human relationships beyond simple
contractual bonds and will therefore always treat clients with the highest of
respect.
3. Focus—Because God is our supreme business partner, we will seek to instill family and biblical values in all our operational relationships with all our partnerships and business relationships.
4. Excellence—Believing that we serve and honor our healthcare constituent’s, we will strive to do business in a manner that honors the highest of Biblical principles relating to giving our best for our company so that we will be strategic and purposeful in all we do.
5. Work Environment—We will seek to create a business climate for our providers that honors God and them by acting with mercy, humility, and as
peacemakers in conflict with excellence as our goal in every situation.
6. Team Work—We will work to develop a strong interactive work environment for our association that is valued and is free to ask “what if” so that we might be constantly improving in all we do.
7. Innovation-We will encourage modeling and coaching as relational values that will keep us on the cutting edge of technology and service.
8. Community—Because our goal is to be an outstanding association, we will seek to not only serve our providers and our partners, but to be a resource to our communities and vendors that will encourage these values.
